If you're not happy with Gigbook, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or get in touch through our contact page and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Billing page in your account. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data always stays downloadable.
